Fishing near Mokpo

Went fishing in a small Korean fishing village called Pyoram during my summer holidays. The rustic village is not too far from Mokpo along the southwestern coast of Korea. I didn't catch the big one (for that matter I didn't catch anything at all), but I did see the stars. Unusual in the country that is really one big lit-up city. That made the trip well worth it. More pictures here.

Oops, I meant to ask: what's with the towels? Is it a hitchiker's guide thing, or a rainforest perhaps? Or, fly swatting? Help! I MUST know asap!
